Once the design is received, our team of experts analyse the different aspects of the custom jewelry piece that you want designed. The goldsmiths who will eventually give life to your design are consulted in the process so that we have the exact figures & breakdown ready with us. Transfer
After the quotation is sent over to you, you have time to decide with the different options of your custom jewelry piece. We love to stick to the schedule but we might expect delays depending on different criteria. We will communicate back & forth with the updates of your custom masterpiece and once we are ready with the final product, we will carefully ship it with instructions for maintenance.
